Dr. Dominguez graduated from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henrnquez Urea in Santo Domingo in 2002, and then went on to the Lincoln Medical Center to fulfill his residency and internship.  The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association awarded Lincoln Medical with the Get with the Guidelines Stroke Gold plus Quality Award; which is an advanced level of recognition that acknowledges Lincoln for its compliance with the quality measures of the program.  His inspiring experiences there were the stepping stones to his outstanding work in Moses Lake, Washington today.

Presently, Dr. Dominguez is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.  A dedicated doctor in his field, Dr. Dominguez is affiliated with Samaritan Hospital, Multicare Good Samaritan Hospital, and Wenatchee Valley Hospital in the Washington area.  Currently, Dr. Dominguez works primarily at Moses Lake Clinic.  Moses Lake is a 50-bed inpatient clinic that exists within Samaritan Hospital; Moses Lake has a Level III Trauma Center with the Emergency Room and a Level 1 Nursery.
